If you haven't booked an appointment with Kelly, Inc. before, we require a Consultation Service for all clients before booking online moving forward.

For our New Clients, Kelly, Inc. likes to get to know you and your needs before booking any full treatments. To schedule your Consultation Service with our office, call 708.386.4663 or email our office with your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

PLEASE NOTE: We do require a $25 deposit for new client consultations, however, it will be applied to the first appointment scheduled with us. See 'Consultation Policy' below for more information.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

It’s important to understand that forgetting/canceling/last minute rescheduling appointments without giving enough notice greatly impacts small businesses who lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:

You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

For appointments 1 hour or less: Less than 24 hour notice cancellation or rescheduling is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

For appointments over 1 hour: Less than 48 hours notice cancellation or rescheduling is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by email and 24 hours in advance by SMS to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

Consultation Policy

We do require a $25 down payment to incentivize keeping the appointment and arriving on time.

The $25 will go towards the payment of first treatment scheduled with us.

Clients will be refunded $25 If they decide too not schedule an appointment after a consultation.

$25 will not be refunded if a client does not show up to their scheduled consultation.
